The Format
Since we all have different goals in mind. This is what I propose:
I’ll put a few bookable sessions into the calendar. They’ll be down as 45 minute sessions. Everyone will have the option to buy 30 or 45 minute credits for the sessions. The 30 minute people can just leave the class early!
Once you book a class, I’ll send you a message asking what you want to get out of the sessions. A plan will be made accordingly for you.
For example, You might have a 45 cardio circuit, but “John” beside you might do 30 mins of upper body.
