​Same great spin class, more classic tunes. A more relaxed style spin class, with music from the 60s, 70s and 80s. Get your legs spinning to the classics.
Beginners Spin
Get Spinning
This intro class is designed to give you extra time and support as you get familar with the spin bikes. Keith is on hand to help you setup your bike correctly and guide you through your first spin classes.
S&C
Get Strong
Strength classes with a focus on lifting weights. Our team is on hand to guide you with technique. We'll rotate through barbell squats, bench press, deadlifts. Join our S&C classes and watch your progress as you get stronger each week.
Accelerator
Get the heart rate up
A circuit style class designed to get you moving and get the heart rate up. This fast paced class will have you rotate through a circuit to give you a total body workout.
Toning, Strength and Core
​Get Toned
Our version of "arms, bums and tums". In this class we strengthen and tone from top to toe. As you move through the circuit we'll work arms, core and legs in a total body workout.
